Guernsey County Parcel Project

The Board of County Commissioners of Guernsey County met in regular session on June 8th 2016 and upon recommendation of the GIS Policy Board, a motion was made to award the bid for the GIS Parcel Project to The Sidwell Company. The project will take 18 to 24 month to complete and will be the foundation of an enterprise GIS project. It will be constructed using the ESRI Local Government Information Model including the ArcGIS Parcel Fabric solution. The system is expected to have wide utilization throughout the County making data more accessible to all users.
